Dear League Participant,

Re: New bank account details and registration/grading information.

We now have over 150 teams registered, which is still > 50 less than last season’s total, and we have little time left before we have to do the grading. Would all of you that have not yet registered please go to http://jakartafootball.com/2017/register/register.php and do so as soon as possible. Registration will close, 18th November.

For those who have not already paid, please transfer your payment to the new JSFA account at:

Beneficiary NameYayasan British School Jakarta
Account number001-140680-005
Bank NameHSBC
Bank AddressWorld Trade Centre, Jalan Jend.Sudirman. Jakarta
Swift CodeHSBCIDJA

For all future transfers please use the account above.

We are now planning to have grading games on the 26th and 27th November. Most matches will be played at British School Jakarta however we may need to play some at other venues depending on the final number of teams involved. Please note that the 27th is still subject to final confirmation on availability of pitches. The plan is to run U8, U10 and U12 grading on 26th with the U14s and 16s on 27th. U19 Boys and all Girls teams do not require any grading.

On behalf of JSFA , Mrs Jeane McCombie, will from now on be responsible for compiling and coordinating the fixtures scheduling for the grading and full league season ahead. We have set up the enquiry desk email at [email protected] Please also keep an eye out for updates on the web-site, www.jakartafootball.com.

Despite my last Bulletin, unfortunately there are only 2 U11 Girls teams registered so far. The Committee has therefore decided not to run a U11 girls league this season, however please be reminded that the girls are welcome to play in the boys’ league and are allowed to play 1 year down in age. This means U11 girls are eligible to play with the U10 Boys teams.

For those schools that still want to enter a full U11 Girls team, then they can play in the U10 Boys league and will be placed in a division to suit their level.

Once you have paid your (school) registration fees then you will receive an email with a password that will allow you to start registering your players. Please also see up dates on the JSFA website.

Finally, we are planning to hold the pre-season coaches’ briefing meeting on 10th December 2016. We will send a formal announcement with details in the next Bulletin.

Best regards,

Kirk Evans
Chairman
